14 foot by 55 foot outdoor storage bays are $75 per month.
Okay, we're not cheap....But we're EASY! Look at it like this. Your camper is about 8 .feet wide. If both of your neighbors are parked within the middle 10 feet of their bays, as they should be, you have an 18 foot wide hole to back into. Drive around and look at the other storage places. Now think about which one you will want to park in late Sunday afternoon.
Part of the Terms and Conditions of Rental
Renters must provide proof that the item(s) in storage is insured. Orchards RV Storage LLC assumes no liability for loss or damage to stored items. Orchards RV Storage LLC assumes no liability for loss or damage to stored items caused by other Renters. Rental bays are for storage only. Other than airing up tires and installing batteries, stored items must be taken off site for any repairs. All stored items must be on wheels and tow-able.
More than one item may be stored in a bay. As an example, you can store a camper and a motorcycle trailer in your bay, but all items must be parked so that they are more than 24 inches from the sides of the bay and 24 inches from the back fence . Items may not be parked so that they extend more than fifty-five feet from the fence. If you leave your item(s) parked outside of these bounds, we will re-park it free once. After that, a $20 re-parking fee will be added to your rent for that month.
